However, packaging, product appearance, specifications, and country of origin may occasionally differ from the information shown due to manufacturer updates or supplier changes.
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams unless otherwise stated. VAT, delivery charges, minimum order requirements, or other applicable fees may be added during checkout.
Prices and availability may change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, unavailable product, or incorrect product information, BemboMart reserves the right to contact the customer, offer an alternative, adjust the order with approval, or cancel the affected item and issue the applicable refund.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product availability, verification of prices and quantities, successful payment authorization where applicable, and final approval by BemboMart. A customer may be able to order a product that appears available on the website even though it is out of stock, as inventory information may not always be updated immediately.
Receiving an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order or guarantee the availability of all requested products. If any item becomes unavailable after the order is placed, BemboMart may contact the customer to offer a suitable alternative, adjust the quantity with the customer’s approval, or cancel the unavailable item and issue the applicable refund.
Payments may be completed using the methods available during checkout, including card payment, cash on delivery, or any other available payment option. Customers must provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information.
BemboMart reserves the right to reject, amend, or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing or quantity errors, technical issues, suspected fraud, misuse, or unauthorized payment activity.
Shipping & Returns

Estimated delivery times may be affected by product availability, customer location, traffic, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Return, replacement, or refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. Customers should inspect all items immediately upon delivery and report any missing, damaged, incorrect, expired, or defective products within this period. Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
Certain products, including perishable, chilled, frozen, opened, used, or hygiene-sensitive items, are not eligible for return unless they were delivered damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. All approved returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds, replacements, and returns are subject to inspection and approval by BemboMart.
